The challenge

Currently, I am bringing to life designs and experiences that fulfill the needs of our consumer investing and banking clients. I bridge the gap between business requirements and user research to deliver high quality designs and advocation for better experiences.

Learn from our users

I leverage user insights gained from research to inform and shape design decisions, ensuring user-centricity throughout the design process.

Collaborate with our partners

I foster collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders throughout the design process to align user-centered design solutions with strategic objectives.

Work with development teams

I collaborate closely with development teams, providing comprehensive design specifications and guidance to ensure accurate implementation

Ensure ADA compliance

I prioritize ADA compliance and actively collaborate with the accessibility team to create inclusive user experiences.

Drive awareness across teams

I actively promote awareness and knowledge sharing across design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Embrace and evolve the design system

I actively support and adhere to the existing design system while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance it further.

Accomplishments

Delivered a new end-to-end experience
Successfully delivered an 80+ screen prototype covering large, medium, and small web breakpoints to the development team of a brand new end-to-end experience. I hope you can see it live soon!
Expanded design system
Presented 26 new elements to the design system to grow our patterns and pattern uses.
SAFe PO/PM certification
Gained my SAFe Project Owner/Project Manager certification.
User research and insights
Conducted internal interviews and pushed out surveys to users and analyzed the results to share back to the team.
Hackathon fun
Participated in a 24hr cross-bank hackathon to innovate on blockchain inspired technologies. My team didn’t win, but it made me expand my outreach within the bank.
